How long does it take to set up?+
About 10 minutes from sign-up to first tracked sale. Our 3-step program wizard plus copy-pasteable click + sale snippets do most of the work.
Do you take a cut of partner commissions?+
No, ever. Your partners receive 100% of what they earn. Our revenue is the SaaS subscription plus a $4/month overage per active-paid partner above your plan's included limit.
Can one account run programs for multiple SaaS products?+
Yes — that's the point of multi-workspace. Starter includes 3 workspaces, Growth 10, Scale unlimited. All limits (programs, partners) apply across the total.
What's an 'active-paid partner'?+
A partner who received a payout that calendar month, counted across every workspace on your account. Approved-but-unpaid partners don't count.
Do I have to onboard into Stripe Connect to use Partli?+
No. You subscribe with a credit card like any normal SaaS. To track conversions you can optionally OAuth your existing Stripe account so we read your events automatically — that's just sign in + click Authorize, you don't create a new Stripe account or do KYC. Your partners (the people earning commissions) do onboard into Stripe Connect Express the first time they receive a payout, but that's about them, not you.
How do referrals get tracked?+
A click on a partner's referral link sets a first-party cookie (90-day attribution window). When the referred customer converts, your backend POSTs the click ID to /api/track/sale and we attribute it.
How do partners get paid?+
Stripe Connect Express. Partners complete KYC + bank details once during onboarding. Payouts run monthly (or on-demand) and land in their bank in 2 business days via standard ACH.
Why do I have to pre-fund a payout balance?+
Partli isn't a marketplace — your customers pay you directly through your own Stripe account, not ours. To pay your partners, we need your money on hand. Pre-funding makes this explicit and protects us from carrying float.
Does Partli support refund clawbacks?+
Manually for now — find the commission in your dashboard and mark it as clawed back. As long as the commission is still pending or approved (not yet paid out), no money has moved. Automated clawback via webhook is on the roadmap.
Can I customize the apply page?+
Fully. Logo, wordmark, brand color, hero copy, which sections appear, every custom question on the form. All with a live preview while you edit.
Does Partli work with Stripe / LemonSqueezy / Paddle / custom billing?+
Yes. Any billing system that fires a webhook on a successful charge works — relay the sale event to /api/track/sale.
Can I invite teammates?+
Yes. Unlimited teammate seats on every paid plan. Owner / admin / member roles included.
How do I cancel?+
Workspace settings → Billing → Manage in Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. No retention call.
