Cookie Policy
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on partli.app and on partner-facing pages hosted by Partli. Partli (operated by Sanklad Digital Ltd) keeps cookies to the minimum needed to run the Service plus a single optional analytics tool (Google Analytics) that you can decline at the cookie banner without losing any functionality.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies let sites remember things about you between requests — whether you’re signed in, which referral link brought you to a merchant, and similar.
2. Strictly-necessary cookies (always on)
These are required for the Service to work. They’re set on first use; you can’t opt out without breaking sign-in or referral attribution.

3. Optional analytics cookies (off by default)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns. GA cookies are only set after you click Accept all on the cookie banner. Picking Essential only (or dismissing the banner) prevents GA from loading at all — no script, no cookie, no request to Google.

You can change your mind any time by clearing partli.cookies.v2 from localStorage — the banner will reappear on your next visit and ask again. We’ll add a one-click toggle on this page in a future update.
4. Third-party services
Partli integrates with the following third parties; those services may set their own cookies when they process data on our behalf:
- Stripe — fraud detection (
__stripe_mid,__stripe_sid) when you use Stripe Checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal. - Clerk — authentication session cookies (listed above).
- Cloudflare —
__cf_bmfor bot protection at the edge. - Google Analytics — only when you accept analytics cookies (see section 3).

5. Cookies we do NOT set
- No advertising / retargeting cookies (no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no Google Ads).
- No cross-site profiling — cookies set on partli.app are not shared with other domains.
6. Your choices
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. If you block strictly-necessary cookies, the Partli dashboard will not function (you won’t be able to sign in). Blocking the pref_cid cookie on a partner’s referral link means your visit may not be credited to that partner — everything else continues to work. Analytics are entirely optional and never loaded without consent.
