Programs

A program is a single referral offering. One workspace can host multiple programs.

Each program defines: what partners are promoting (a destination URL), how they earn (the reward structure), and how applications and tracking are configured. Partners apply to a specific program — not to your workspace.

Anatomy of a program

  • Name + slug — used in the public URL: partli.app/apply/<workspace>/<program-slug>
  • Destination URL — where referred clicks land
  • Status — draft, active, paused, or archived
  • Default reward — fallback if a partner's group has no override
  • Cookie window — days a click counts toward the partner (default 60)
  • Holding period — refund-protection window before commissions unlock (default 30 days)
  • Minimum payout — partners need this much earned before they get paid out (default $10)
  • Auto-approve — toggle whether new applications go straight to approved

Program statuses

Status controls who can interact with the program:

  • draft — invisible to partners, no one can apply
  • active — public apply page is live, tracking accepted
  • paused — apply page hidden, existing partners' links still track
  • archived — read-only, no new tracking accepted

Program limits per plan

The total number of programs across every workspace on your account:

  • Starter — 5 programs total
  • Growth — 25 programs total
  • Scale / Enterprise — unlimited

Creating a program

Click Create program in the workspace sidebar. Our 3-step wizard pre-fills sensible defaults so you can launch in under a minute.

Tip

Set the program to draft first if you want to test the apply page and tracking before allowing real partners to find it.

Editing programs

Open a program from the Programs list and click Edit. Most fields can be changed at any time — the cookie window, holding period, and default reward all apply prospectively (not to existing approved commissions).
